Terms of Service & Acceptable Use

Welcome to Constant Reality. By booking service, opening a ticket, or using our site, you agree to these terms.
1) Services
- We provide technology support, on-site services, and repair/maintenance as described on our site.
- Some work may require access to your equipment, premises, or accounts; you authorize us to perform the requested work.
2) Estimates, billing, and payment
- We provide estimates when possible; final invoices reflect actual time/materials.
- Invoices are due upon receipt unless noted. Late/unpaid balances may pause service.
- Parts/materials may require prepayment. Returned/special-order items may incur restocking fees.
3) Scheduling & cancellations
- Please give reasonable notice to reschedule or cancel bookings.
- No-shows or late cancellations may incur a fee.
4) Customer responsibilities
- Back up important data before service whenever possible.
- Provide safe access and accurate information about the issue, environment, and equipment.
5) Warranty & limitations
- We stand behind our workmanship; if something isn’t right, contact us and we’ll make it right where feasible.
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, data loss, or issues arising from pre-existing faults.
6) Acceptable Use (tickets, messages, attachments)
- No illegal content/activity, harassment, hate, or doxxing.
- No malware, exploits, or credential sharing you don’t own/control.
- Only submit materials you have a right to share for support purposes.
- We may decline, remove, or report content that violates this policy.
7) Website ownership, hosting, and intellectual property
- You keep ownership of your domain, business content, images you provide, menu/product data, customer data, and standard exports we deliver.
- Custom application code, internal tools, deployment scripts, hosting infrastructure, and reusable systems remain ConstantReality intellectual property unless a written scope specifically includes source-code handoff or transfer.
- One-time website build pricing and ongoing hosting/care are separate unless a written package says otherwise.
- Client-hosted deployments are available when scoped, but they may cost more because packaging, deployment work, compatibility testing, documentation, access coordination, and host-specific troubleshooting take extra time.
- Managed platforms such as RestaurantCMS are hosted and maintained on our stack by default. We provide content/data portability, but unrestricted server/code access, private deployment tooling, reusable platform components, and source-code transfer are not included unless separately agreed.
- Hosted builders such as Wix, Squarespace, Shopify, and similar platforms have their own limitations and terms. We can work within them where practical, but deeper changes may require migration.
You grant us a limited license to use information you provide (logs, screenshots, configs, content, and access details) solely to deliver service.
8) Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the state where we operate (e.g., Georgia), without regard to conflicts of law.
9) Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
